We believe privacy is a fundamental human right. Our infrastructure is architected to ensure we cannot know what you do online, even if we wanted to.
The Principle
3x-UI Cloud operates under a strict no-logs policy. This means we do not track, collect, or share your private data. We do not store any information that could be used to identify you or your online activity. Our business is protecting your privacy, not selling your data.
What We DO NOT Collect
- close Traffic destination or content
- close DNS queries or browsing history
- close Original IP address or VPN server IP
- close Connection timestamps or session duration
- close Bandwidth usage per session
What We Collect (Minimal)
- check Account Email: For account management and password recovery.
- check Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party providers (we don't see your card details).
- check Total Data Transfer: Aggregate monthly usage to ensure fair service limits (not linked to time or content).
Technical Enforcement
RAM-Only Servers
All our servers run on RAM (Random Access Memory). This means that no data is ever written to a hard drive. Once a server is rebooted or power is lost, all data is instantly and permanently wiped.
Perfect Forward Secrecy
We use unique encryption keys for every session. Even if a key were compromised in the future, it could not be used to decrypt past sessions.
Legal Jurisdiction
3x-UI Cloud is based in a jurisdiction with strong privacy laws and no mandatory data retention directives. We are not subject to intelligence sharing agreements like the Five Eyes, Nine Eyes, or Fourteen Eyes alliances.
